% 27.02.2018 In order to overcome the objection with respect to maintainability of this petition, an application has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to entertain this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) has no jurisdiction to deal with result for the post of PGT Commerce (Female). The said result has been declared for making appointments in the Directorate of Education. As per Section 14 of Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 and the appendix VI thereto, the jurisdiction to deal with this petition is of the Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail of the remedies before the Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi.
