The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent nos. 1 and 3 to inspect the premises bearing No. 7A/45, W.E.A., Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005, and seal the basement of the subject property, where Gym by the name of 'Hardcore Fitness Gym' is being run by respondent no. 2.

A Status Report dated 4th September 2025 has been filed on behalf of Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), wherein, it has been stated as follows:

Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the MCD has already initiated action.

The MCD is directed to take requisite action, after following the due process of law.

In case the owner/occupier of the property in question is aggrieved by any action taken by the MCD, the legal right of the said owner/occupier is reserved.
