The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not want to press the present bail application at this stage. Arguments were not heard on merits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that the learned Trial Court was on leave on the last three dates and therefore, charges could not be framed.

In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to ensure that the charges are considered and an order is passed thereof on the next date of hearing before it.
