% 12.01.2016 Ld. counsel for defendant nos.1 and 5 submits that as per the contents of the plaint, the cause of action arose at Tri Nagar, to which learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has no objection for transfer of this case to District Central, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 25.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
