The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 assailing the order dated 01.04.2025 [hereinafter referred to as the "Impugned Order"] passed by the learned Principal Judge (South District), Family Court, Saket, in HMA No.1238/2023 captioned Manoj Kumar vs. Nitu Maurya@Meena, whereby pendente lite maintenance was awarded at the rate of Rs.6,500/- (Rupees Six Thousand Five Hundred Only), each to the wife and the daughter of the Appellant. 2.

Learned counsel representing the Appellant contend that the Appellant is engaged in menial job for his own sustenance and earn a meager salary of Rs.13,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Only) per month.

conclusion that the Appellant is working as a Printing Press Machine Operator at Arihant Printers.

Keeping in view the overall facts of the present Appeal, this Court has come to the conclusion that the income of the Appellant is not less than Rs.26,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Six Thousand Only). Hence, there is no ground to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Family Court.

The present Appeal along with pending application(s) is dismissed.
