% 24.01.2019 In view of what is stated in status report dated 18.01.2019 filed by respondent No. 1, namely that action in accordance with law has been initiated in respect of the subject property, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As pointed-out by learned counsel appearing for SDMC and as recorded in order dated 20.02.2018, respondent No. 1/SDMC is also at liberty to take action if any un-authorized construction is found in the petitioner's own property.
