This appeal pertains to Award Nos. 224/86-87 and 10/79-80 with respect to the land acquired in Village Bahapur. 2.

It has been submitted on behalf of the appellants in the appeal that the judgement delivered by this Court in L.A.App. Nos. 109/2013 and 76/2013, namely Bhola Nath Sharma Through LRs Vs. Union of India Through LAC & Anrs. and Anand Prakash & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors. respectively on 23.3.2016 would govern the case of the appellant herein. LA.APP. 93/2013
