The present writ petition has been filed with prayer for directions to take action against the unauthorized construction existing in the property bearing no. D-13/115 + 116, Sector-7, Rohini, New Delhi-110085. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is satisfied with the action taken by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") and does not wish to pursue the present matter any further. 3.

Noting the aforesaid, the present writ petition, along with pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
