This is a petition filed on behalf of the petitioner, inter alia, praying that the time for making the award be extended for a further period upto 31.05.2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the Judgement Debtors states that he has no objection for the extension of time. He, however, states that consensus before the Arbitral Tribunal was that the time should be extended for a further period of six months from 07.02.2018. It is seen that the arbitral proceeding is in its final stage and final arguments are being heard. In this view, this Court considers it apposite to extend the time for completion of the arbitral proceedings till 06.08.2018 (that is for the period of six months from 07.02.2018). It is so directed. 2.

The petition is disposed of.
