Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has received instructions from the plaintiff to withdraw this suit. 2.

Learned counsel for the defendant submits that the defendants have instructed him to state that they shall withdraw six cancellation petitions filed against the plaintiff's designs which are subject matter of the present suit within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

The suit and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn. However, the defendant shall remain bound to withdraw the six cancellation petitions within four weeks and the defendant shall inform the plaintiff within two weeks of the withdrawal.

The parties agree not to give any publicity to these proceedings. 5.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
