The present appeal has been filed under Order 43 Rule 1 of CPC read with Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 assailing the Order dated 15.07.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in I.A. 26049/2023 of CS(OS) 865/2023.

The main grievance of the appellant is with regard to paragraph 7 of the order which reads as follows:
"7. On the next date of hearing, this Court will consider initiating perjury proceedings against the Plaintiff in view of the findings in the CFSL report."

Admittedly, there are no perjury proceedings initiated as yet against the appellant. A cause of action to the appellant will only accrue after any adverse orders are passed against the appellant. At this stage, it is open for the appellant to raise all defences in case any such hearing takes place before the learned Single Judge.
