The present petition has been filed impugning the order dated 02.12.2023 passed by the learned ADJ (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in Case No. 444/2022 titled as "Amit Kumar vs. Vipin Bhatia". The petitioner herein is the defendant before the learned Trial Court. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and submits that the same has become infructuous. The learned ADJ has already passed the judgement. 5.
