This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 20.02.2026, whereby the applicant was granted bail. Mr. Aman Panwar, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant is unable to furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- or arrange for a surety in the like amount, as directed in the said order, on account of the said amount not being financially feasible for him. 2.

It is further stated in the application that the applicant has a brother-in-law by the name of Appu. event the applicant is released on bail, he shall reside with his said brother-in-law at the latter's residence.
