For redressal of the grievances raised in the writ petition, the petitioner has already represented the authorities on 03.10.2024 and 04.10.2024 by the representations, which are enclosed as Annexure P-1 and Annexure P-2 in the writ petition.

The petitioner has again sent a reminder representation dated 19.02.2025.

Having regard to the facts that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already represented the authorities concerned, we dispose of this writ petition that the representations made by the petitioner shall be considered and taken to its logical end, of course after appropriately issued notice to the party who is likely to be affected, if any action on the said representations is facilitated.

The present Public Interest Litigation petition along with pending applications stand disposed of.
