Having regard to the facts that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already represented the authority concerned, we dispose of this writ petition that the representation made by the petitioner shall be considered and taken to its logical end, of course after appropriately issued notice to the party who is likely to be affected, if any action on the said representations is facilitated.
