Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel representing the respondents, on instructions received from Mr. Dhiraj Kumar, Under Secretary, submitted that the tendering authority is contemplating certain changes in the tender conditions. In this regard, it has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievances of the petitioner, a representation has already been made on 11.08.2025, which is contained in Annexure P-3 appended to the writ petition.

the petitioner in the representation dated 11.08.2025 while considering certain changes which are contemplated as per learned counsel for the respondent.
