In view of the statutory mandate provided under Sections 21 of Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 (hereinafter, 'Street Vendors Act, 2014'), we are informed that respondent no.1/New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has already drawn the Vending Plan and submitted the same to Government of NCT of Delhi (GNCTD).

Pursuant to objections raised, respondent no.1 submits that same shall be timely addressed and the decision to finalize the Vending Plan shall be taken to its logical end within a reasonable period. That being so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with directions that let the Vending Plan be finalized and notified as mandated under Section 21 of the Street Vendors Act, 2014 within a period of four months from today.
