Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0422/2022 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, registered at PS: Jyoti Nagar, Delhi, on merits of the case.

It is submitted that the Chargesheet has already been filed in the Court on 29.04.2025 and the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court is 09.09.2025 and various grounds, which have been taken, essentially be argued before the learned Trial Court at the stage of framing of charge.
