Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, application is accordingly disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances, Director FSL is directed to ensure that FSL report in FIR No.111/2024, under Sections 306/34 IPC registered at P.S. Vasant Kunj (South) is forwarded within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, to the Investigating Agency.
