After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner states that without prejudice to his rights and contentions, he does not press the present petition.

Learned counsel for respondent/defendant also states that he had moved one application seeking closure of the evidence of the plaintiff but would not press the same before the learned Trial Court. 3.

Before parting, this Court needs to observe that both the sides would render due assistance and cooperation, not only to the Court but also to the concerned learned Local Commissioner, so that the trial is over within the time-frame fixed by the learned Trial Court.

Let no unnecessary adjournments be given to either of the sides. 5.
