The petitioner is serving as a TGT (Social Science) in a School established by Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. By way of the present petition, he challenges an order dated 12.08.2025, by which he has been transferred from a School in Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Sector IV to Tekhand.

The contention of the petitioner is that the transfer is punitive, having been occasioned by complaints made against him by another employee of the Ambedkar Nagar School, in which he has in fact been absolved of all charges.

submits that, in any event, the impugned transfer order records that it has been made on administrative grounds. She further submits, upon instructions, that the complainant employee has also been transferred from the school in question, and that the transfer of the petitioner is not intended to be punitive or stigmatic.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, Mr. N.R. Swetabh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

The writ petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event the petitioner has any surviving grievances with regard to his employment, he may approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
