Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This Letters Patent Appeal questions the order dated 22.05.2025, whereby the writ petition filed by appellant namely, W.P. (C) No. 7026/2025 has been disposed of with the observations that the appellant may seek lifting of the debit freeze/seizure order in respect of its bank account before the concerned Appellate Authority, where the appeal is pending. 3.

Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that the order passed by the learned Single Judge is based on certain incorrect facts recorded The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Accordingly, if the appellant is aggrieved by wrong recording of facts in para 4 of the said order on which the order passed by learned Single Judge is premised, the appropriate remedy available to the appellant is to seek either correction of the said order or file a review petition. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal, which is hereby dismissed with the liberty to the appellant to approach the learned Single Judge either by way of moving an application seeking correction or filing a review petition.
