This is a petition seeking enforcement of the Award dated 12.05.2015 wherein the claims of the decree-holder were allowed to the tune of Rs. 10,17,77,151/- (Rs. 11,80,45,750/- - Rs. 1,62,68,419/-) + interest. 2.

The judgment-debtor challenged the same by filing an appeal being D.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No. 673/2024 before the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur.

The Hon'ble Division Bench vide order dated 28.02.2024 stayed the Award subject to the judgment-debtor depositing the amount before the Commercial Court, Bhilwara and also permitted the decree-holder to withdraw the same by furnishing solvent surety. 4.

permitted to withdraw the same subject to furnishing security. 5.
