The present appeal has been filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 assailing the impugned Judgment dated 19.04.2025 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in MT No. 620/2019, whereby the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been allowed.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the appellants prays to withdraw the present appeal seeking liberty to challenge the impugned Judgment dated 19.04.2025 in appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court, as permissible in law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
