The present writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 28.02.2023 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in a batch of six (6) O.As including O.A.No. 3083/2018.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that connected writ petitions including W.P.(C) No. 16662/2023 assailing the same impugned order already stands dismissed on 22.12.2023. 3.

In the light of the aforesaid, the present writ petition along with all pending applications, is dismissed in terms of the orders passed in W.P.(C) No. 16662/2023.
