A Criminal Misc. (Main) Petition under Section 528 of BBSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the Order dated 03.05.2024 vide which the interim maintenance in the sum of Rs.5,000/- has been directed to be paid to the respondent.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
