The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to Respondent No.2/National Commission for Backward Classes to decide the representation of the Petitioner to delete the caste "Yadav and Ahir" from the centre list of the Sates of Haryana, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Chandigarh of OBC. 2.
