Mr. Jagjit Singh seeks to withdraw in view of the fact that another Advocate Dr. Om Prakash is said to have been instructed to appear in the proceedings. Mr. Chatterjee, appearing on his behalf, submits that Dr. Om Prakash is not in town and seeks further time to file the status report in terms of the last order. Last opportunity is granted to the respondent to file the status report five days before the adjourned date, failing which it shall attract costs of Rs.25,000/-, to be deposited with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee.
