The present appeal has been filed under Section 30 of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923 and challenges the order dated 9th July, 2024. 2.

However, learned counsel for the appellant has, at the very outset stated that as per the instructions, he would rather file a review application before the learned Commissioner and, therefore, does not press the present appeal at the moment. He, however, reserves his right to challenge the order afresh, in case, the review application is also dismissed. 3.

In view of the abovesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is, dismissed, as not pressed. 4.
