This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

It is stated that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal expired on 28th July, 2025.

It is further stated that in the arbitration proceedings, the evidence of the claimant has been completed and the proceedings are at the stage of cross-examination of the respondent's witnesses. 4.

Counsel for the respondent supports the case of the petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended till 31st March, 2026.
