This application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking clarification/modification of the Order dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Court.

Vide Order dated 04.10.2024, this Court had extended the mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of six months from 10.09.2024 till 10.03.2025. However, inadvertently, in paragraph No.6 of the Order dated 04.10.2024, the date has been mentioned "10.02.2025" instead of "10.03.2025" 3.

Paragraph No.6 of the Order dated 04.10.2024 shall now be read as under:

"6. Accordingly, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of six months, i.e. till 10.03.2025, so that the award can The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. be pronounced and no further extension of time would be required by the Tribunal."

In view of the above, the Order dated 04.10.2024 stands corrected to the aforesaid extent.

The present Order and the Order dated 04.10.2024 will read conjointly.
