Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement in the form of a Settlement Agreement dated 21.12.2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMC), copy whereof is already on record. In fact, as per the learned counsel for the appellant, the amount in terms of the said Settlement Agreement already stands paid to the respondent. In response, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the loan account qua the appellant in pursuance thereof, has since been closed as well. 2.

In light of the aforesaid settlement, learned counsel for the appellant does not wish to pursue the present appeal any further. The appeal is, alongwith the accompanying application, accordingly disposed of as not pressed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. by making it clear that the parties will remain bound by the terms of the said Settlement Agreement.

Taking into account that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties at the very initial stage, we direct that 100% Court Fee paid by the appellant, be refunded to him.
