This suit was disposed of by a compromise decree dated 4.6.2010. This is an application to recall the compromise order. 2.

Without in any manner pronouncing upon the validity of this application, it is noted that this court would not have pecuniary jurisdiction to try the present application because the value of the suit was fixed at Rs.45 lacs and this application will have to be dealt with by the concerned transferee court.

Accordingly, this application for recall of the compromise order dated CS(OS) 744/2010

4.6.2010 is transferred to the concerned transferee court functioning under the District and Sessions Judge North-West, Rohini Courts, Delhi. 4.
