The petitioner has submitted a list of preferred colleges, which according to her are in close proximity to Moti Lal Nehru College, University of Delhi.

However, learned counsel for the respondent-University submits that after three rounds of counselling, a mop-up round was also conducted and thereafter, the entire admission process was concluded on 31.10.2024 and no admission can be granted at this point of time. 3.

taken note of the fact that the petitioner has been granted admission in Aditi Mahavidyalaya College, University of Delhi, where the petitioner presently is prosecuting her studies.

Therefore, accepting the prayer of the petitioner for shifting of the college would create various avoidable obstacles. It would disturb the academic discipline and the seat being vacated by the petitioner would also remain unfilled.
