O R D E R

% 07.10.2024 We take note of the issues which stood flagged in the order of 09 September 2024. Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions states that in terms of the Notification dated 29 September 2023 the Special Secretary, Land & Building Department would have to be appointed as the Arbitrator.

In view of the aforesaid, and since the grievance stands duly resolved, the writ petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the respondents to refer the dispute raised by the writ petitioner here to the Arbitrator as designated in terms of the Notification dated 29 September 2023.
