Petitioner No. 1, a Turkey national, has applied for a visa to visit India to complete his education. His grievance is that Petitioner No. 1 had been earlier residing in India on a long-term visa issued by United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees on his Afghani passport. He states that there is no decision has been taken on the Petitioner No.1's application for Indian visa. Further, he has submitted representations dated 28th January, 2024 followed by a reminder dated 15th August, 2024. However, he has not been informed of any decision regarding his application. 2.
At the outset, counsel for Respondents objects to the maintainability of the present petition and also urges that the Petitioner has not disclosed complete facts to the Court as according to the instructions received by him, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the Petitioner has been blacklisted till 26th July, 2025. 3.
Keeping the question of maintainability aside, since the Petitioner No. 1's representations are pending consideration, the Respondents are directed to decide the same and the same be conveyed to the Petitioner No. 1 within three weeks from today.

The Court has not examined the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties including the question of maintainability of the present petition, are left open.

With the above direction, the petition along with pending applications if any, is disposed of.
