Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present writ petition. 2.

It is contended that during pendency of the present writ petition, the parties have commenced discussion and negotiations with the aim of resolving the issues amicably and there is every likelihood of matter getting settled.

It is submitted that in the above said backdrop, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Court again in case situation so arises. 4.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as not pressed. 5.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 6.
