In the circumstances, the Memorandum of Settlement dated 19th July, 2018 is taken on record. The suit stands dismissed as withdrawn. The Memorandum of Settlement dated 19th July, 2018 shall form part of the decree and the parties shall be bound by its terms and conditions contained therein.
