The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 assailing an order dated 26.05.2025 [hereinafter referred to as >Impugned Order?] passed by the Ld. Judge, Family Court-01, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Ex. No. 61/24 captioned Jasrup Kaur vs. Rasila Singh Gill, whereby the Family Court has issued fresh warrants of attachment of movable property of the Appellant, who has failed to pay the arrears of maintenance.

Learned counsel representing the Appellant contends that under the garb of the Impugned Order, the local police are harassing the Appellant?s parents.
