By virtue of the present application, the respondent no.2 seeks review of the order dated 21.08.2025 passed by this Court. 2.

Based on the case set out by the respondent no.2, learned senior counsel for the respondent no.2 primarily submits that the petitioner is guilty of making false averments in the transfer petition as even though the suit bearing no. CS(OS) 198/2025 is pertaining to the reliefs qua partition and permanent/ mandatory injunction qua properties of late Mr. Manohar Lal Gandhi and the probate petition being PC 39/2024 pertains to grant of probate of the will of late Ms. Manorma Gandhi, wife of late The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Mr. Manohar Lal Gandhi, the petitioner has stated otherwise. 3.

Since, admittedly, the probate petition being PC 39/2024 is pertaining to the Will executed by late Ms. Manorma Gandhi, who had inherited the property of her husband late Mr. Manohar Lal Gandhi to the extent of 25%, this Court finds no infirmity in the order dated 21.08.2025. As such, there is no reason for interference required by way of the present revision petition.

Even otherwise, there are no grounds for review of the order made out by the respondent no.2 in the present petition. 5.

Needless to say, it is made clear that both the aforesaid matters being CS(OS) 198/2025 and PC 39/2024 will be tried separately, however, the petitioner will be free to move an appropriate application in accordance with law before the concerned Court. 6.
