IA No.7657/2016 under Section 151 CPC moved on behalf of plaintiff for fixing the date for cross-examination of DW2 before learned Local Commissioner Learned counsel for plaintiff has stated that on 02.07.2016, cross-examination of DW2 could not be conducted as leaned Local Commissioner was out of station and that learned Local Commissioner has conveyed his availability and convenience for three dates i.e. on 04.08.2016, 05.08.2016 and 18.08.2016. Learned counsel for defendant has stated that he has no objection if the matter is fixed before leaned Local Commissioner for 18.08.2016.
