Learned counsel for respondent, pursuant to notice, appears through video-conferencing and when asked, he, in all fairness, submitted that he would have no objection if the present petition is allowed and one last opportunity is granted to the plaintiff to examine PW-2-Mr. Mukesh Kumar and also PW-3-Ms. Jyoti.

Let the advance copy of the affidavits of said two witnesses, if not already supplied, be supplied to learned counsel for respondent/defendant by tomorrow when the matter is stated to be fixed before the learned Trial Court and the learned Trial Court would permit the examination and cross-examination of said two witnesses.
