The present Appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Court Act, 1984 and Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, assails the Judgment and Decree dated 26.09.2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court-01, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in HMA No.375/2018.

Learned counsel for the Appellant, while submitting that the parties have settled their inter se disputes in the proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, seeks leave to withdraw the present Appeal.

Leave is granted.

Accordingly, the present Appeal along with pending applications stands dismissed as withdrawn.
