Present application has been filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking revival of the present writ petition in terms of the order dated 09th September, 2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that respondent no.3/DDO/ADE in collusion with respondent no.4/borrower is deliberately avoiding and not complying with the warrants of attachment and arrests issued by the respondent no.2/Assistant Collector Grade-I against the respondent no.4.

complied with forthwith and the writ petition be disposed of accordingly. He states that despite the said statement and repeated requests, respondent no.3 has failed to comply with the orders of respondent no.2. 4.
Learned counsel for respondent no.3/MCD, on instructions, states that deduction of Rs.10,000/- has been made from the salary of the borrower - Mr.Rakesh Pandey for the month of November, 2024. He further states that the Education Department, South Line Zone will not issue 'No Objection Certificate' to the borrower to draw the terminal benefits of retirement until he clears the dues of society and submits the No Objection Certificate or Clearance Certificate(s) from Bharti Co-operative Society Thrift and Credit Societies Limited.

In view of the aforesaid statement, which is accepted by this Court, no further orders are called for. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of.
