The present Petition, under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, assails the Award dated 30.09.2023 passed by the learned Arbitral Tribunal.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has handed over a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 21.11.2025 arrived at between the parties, which is taken on record. In view of the said settlement, learned counsel submits that he seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition.

Leave is granted.
