This is an application filed under section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking modification of the order dated 08.04.2025 wherein the petition was allowed, however, there was no express condition extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. 2.

Issue notice. Mr. Mushtaq, learned counsel for respondent accepts notice and states that the order is clear.

However, by way of abundant caution, the order is modified and clarified to state that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a period of three months from the date of the order dated 08.04.2025. 4.

The order is passed without prejudice to rights of the respondent to raise all objections at the appropriate stage.

The application is disposed of.
