This contempt petition was filed against one Mr. Hari Mohan Meena who is stated to be committing continued contempt by promoting unauthorised construction in Zone 'O' i.e., Jaitpur Extension 2, Delhi. 4.
Certain photographs have also been placed on record in this contempt petition. Let a copy of this contempt petition be served upon Ms. Prabhsahay Kaur, ld. Counsel for the Delhi Development Authority (hereinafter, 'DDA'). and shall file a status report about the allegations in this contempt petition in W.P.(C) 5751/2014 on or before 18th April, 2026. 5.
Considering that the DDA is the manning agency of this area, no contempt action is required to be initiated against the Respondent who is an engineer of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (hereinafter, 'MCD'). However, if, Mr. Kaidan finds that there was any misdemeanor by the said officer, the same shall be stated in the said status report upon which the Court will consider further action, if required.

Mr. Tushar Sannu, ld. Counsel for the MCD shall also obtain a copy of this contempt petition and file a status report in respect of all the buildings and the unauthorised construction that are set out in the present petition in W.P.(C) 5751/2014 on or before 18th April, 2026. 7.
The contempt is disposed of in these terms. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
