The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent nos. 1 and 5 to take action against the unauthorized construction being carried out by respondent no. 2 at property bearing Nos. 3 and 14A situated in Village Joga Bai, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi-110025, admeasuring 298 sq. yds. and 32 sq. yds., respectively.

Responding to the present petition, learned counsel appearing on advance notice for respondent no. 1-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that the unauthorized construction in the properties in question, already stands booked.

He submits that sealing action has been taken against both the aforesaid properties today morning, i.e.., 21st August, 2025. He has handed over photographs of the action for sealing taken by the MCD, which are reproduced as under:

Considering the submission made before this Court, it is directed that the MCD as well as respondent no. 5 - Station House Officer ("SHO"), Police Station - Jamia Nagar, shall ensure that no further unauthorized construction takes place in the properties in question. Further, requisite action against the unauthorized construction shall be taken by the MCD as well as by respondent no. 5-SHO, Police Station-Jamia Nagar, in accordance with law and after following the due process of law. 6.
Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The present writ petition, along with the pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
