The facts involved in the instant writ petitions are almost similar to the facts involved in W.P.(C) 11627/2024 titled as 'Sun Private ITI vs. Directorate General of Training' . The Court vide order dated 14.10.2024 disposed of the aforesaid writ petition while granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the jurisdictional High Court. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

While doing so, the Court had also extended the interim protection for a period of 15 days from the date of passing of the order to enable the petitioners therein to approach the jurisdictional High Court. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, keeping in mind the similarity of the facts and the interim order already in existence in the instant petitions, the Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the aforesaid writ petitions with similar directions as was passed in W.P.(C) 11627/2024 vide order dated 14.10.2024.

Let the directions passed in W.P.(C) 11627/2024 to be applicable in the instant petitions mutatis mutandis.

In view thereof, the instant writ petitions stand disposed of. 6.
