The present Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in a time-bound manner in FIR No. 0619/2022 dated 17.12.2022 registered under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Ghazipur, Delhi. 2.

Issue notice.

Mr. Yasir Rauf, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing on advance notice, accepts notice on behalf of the State and, on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court, submits that the investigations are complete and the Chargesheet has already been filed before the Trial Court o 02.08.2023.
